Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair showcases artist books, zines, photobooks, risograph editions and experimental print from around the country and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Debuting in the Top End for the very first time, the fair invites you to explore the world of art books and contemporary print media, browse unique works, purchase rare editions and meet the creators behind them.
Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair is presented by Good Dragonfly, in collaboration with artists, publishers, organisations and communities across many regions. The Fair has been assisted by the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body.

Take a moment to settle into this time, this place, and this moment to honour the people, lands, waters, and the spirit held here.
Darwin is the capital city built on Larrakia Country. It is the home of the Larrakia people, but also a place where many First Nations peoples from across the continent, and people from all corners of the world, have come together. It is a vibrant meeting place rich in culture, food, art, nature, and stories.
Countless stories have been created and shared here. Yet the first stories of this Country belong to the Larrakia people and our ancestors. One of the most significant is that of Dariba Nungalinya, Old Man Rock, a sacred creator-being and important cultural site located off the coast of Casuarina Beach.
As you spend time on this Country, I hope you enjoy your stay and create stories of your own. I ask that you tread gently, with respect and curiosity, honouring the many ancestors who continue to watch over this place, including Old Man Rock, and the Larrakia people who have cared for this Country since time immemorial and continue to do so today.
